Happy Birthday Singapore!

I was there at Marina Bay to celebrate S'pore 43rd birthday! A very wet and sticky parade! It rained and it rained and it rained... No matter how hard Mimi sang "Rain rain go away", it just din work..


To express my annoyance at naughty Mr Sun, I slept and slept thru the parade, the Black Knights, the performances, and only caught a glimpse of the fireworks.. So much for my 1st parade.. :p



Still very much excited to be at the biggest birthday party of the year!


And when the skies got gloomier and gloomier, I became grumpier and grumpier.. I hate the sticky, oversized plastic they call poncho!



Sleeping thru the fireworks.. Thanks Mimi for hugging me tight & covering my ears from the noise..

An eventful June 2008 for a 9-month-old baby!

Phowa.. You cannot imagine how busy a baby's life can be.. I was so packed over the entire month of June, I'm glad it's only 4 weeks! Made more frens, went many more places!

1 Jun - Ice-cream making workshop at Ben & Jerry's! Hands-on time!



8 Jun- Barney comes to Suntec Singapore! But opps.. I think I fell asleep..


14 Jun - Full-month celebration of Cousin Alaric I'm Keekee gorgor now!


15 Jun - Family Day at Sentosa! SSS..... Sun, Sand, Sea!

Were you at the Singapore Airshow? I was!

It was a hot, hot day on 24 Feb 2008.. Papa wanted to go for the Airshow and made us suffer the heat, the chaos, the noise.. At the end of it, it was an eye-opener for all of us!



We were still pretty excited abt the entire event... in the beginning...



Until I fell asleep from the long queues and travelling time.. Imagine what a tired baby I was, snoring amidst the crowd, the planes performing their stunts.. zzzzzzzzzzzz




And still deep asleep..





And I stretched awake just before the closing of the day.. Home sweet home, here I come!

Romantic solemnisations

I attended a couple of ROMs in March 2008 alone.. One of Auntie Weijia's and one of my Uncle Gavin and Auntie Zeta!

Today's my Papa's birthday! Mimi dressed me up like a big boy, in a smart-looking collared shirt and pants! Handsome anot? :p

We all went out to celebrate and I was introduced to Aunties Chen Sian (top pic), Lee Chin (bottom pic) & Pei Hsien. :]

Happy Birthday dear Papa! I will buy you a yummy cake when I grow up k? Love you muchiess!
